About the business
 
Our client is a Sydney based company committed to delivering outstanding value and service to their customers.  They are ramping up for the busy season by increasing our IT helper team.  We are currently seeking casual workers for ongoing client engagements to join our team in a variety of different roles across Sydney. If you are IT savvy and want to make $30 per hour, get in touch.


Duties

• Solving in home IT problems in the Sydney area
• Available at least 10 hrs a week (min. 2 half days)
• Training people in simple IT solutions (setting up apps on iPhones etc.)
• Maintaining a professional attitude


Desired skills and experience  

• Have a positive attitude
• Decent level of IT knowledge - setting up computers etc
• Proficient in solving home based IT problems
• Have a pleasing manner and eager to help


Prior work experience in IT or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
