BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ SALES REP/ ACCESS HIRE

WHO ARE WE REPRESENTING
 
Here at Reddot sales recruitment we have a strong relationship with one of Australia's top Access hire companies. They are all looking to add a superb sales individual who have proven abilities of billing big figures ($750k-S7.5m per annum). Our client is the owner of one of the biggest names in Forklift and access hire. They have gone from strength to strength and are giving a sales individual the opportunity to make big bucks selling the hire and products of their company. This role is alive and kicking and we are now recruiting for someone with industry experience (Capital equipment/forklift trucks/access hire/ material handling).
 
Our clients are national leaders and their systems are some of the world's leading products and well known brands. They are looking to add experienced individuals within the industry with lifting knowledge and contacts (although not essential).

WHATS INVOLVED IN THE ROLE
  • Create and nurture new business and manage existing client relationships.
  • Meet with and liaise with various new and old clients.
  • Negotiate business deals
  • Quote preparation & follow up
  • Site visits
  • Project management
  • Site visits
  • Drive and develop new business by sourcing and generating leads 
  • Research new areas of business
  • Maintain a high level of client visits

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
  • Understand the principles of Access Hire
  • A desired knowledge of the industry (we are keen for salesmen with industry knowledge)
  • Over 3 year's sales experience in a similar role
  • Contacts within the industry (not essential)
  • Sharp presentation
  • A dedication to make a company grow
  • Quick and professional individual who loves to hunt for new business
  • Convincing sales person with a passion for selling
 
REWARDS
  • $60-90k (dep on exp) base + super + vehicle + phone and laptop
  • OTE (on target earning) over $120k++ uncapped
