Client Services Manager - FX Seminars

A fantastic opportunity to join a market leader and fast growing international seminar company! This client is Europe's largest Financial Trader Training Company and recent finalist in the UK's 2009 National Business Awards for Growth Strategy. Following recent explosive growth in Australia in 2009 they are looking to recruit a Client Services Manager to head up their high performance client services team.
 
They are looking for someone with a passion for client services seeking a long term role with responsibility and fantastic growth opportunities. They are a dynamic team of 12 in North Sydney. This is a demanding yet rewarding role for the self motivated person with a passion for excellence.
 
If you are an organizer, a stickler for detail and accuracy and have pride in all your work, enjoy taking initiative to learn and improve the way they do things then we want to hear from you.
 
In addition to being responsible for the training and development of the team, your responsibilities will include: 
• Account manage delegates so they are fully set up in preparation for their course  and offer support after the course
• Main point of contact for our clients attending our exclusive range of courses
• Provide basic technical support for delegates
• Liaising with other business partners to enhance sustain business relationship
• Maintaining weekly and monthly reports for management 
• Handle customer enquiries through telephone and email
• Process management of client payments
• Developing new systems
• General office administration
 
Skills required:
• Professional manner with excellent verbal and written communications
• Top level PC skills
• Strong desire to learn and progress
• Excellent organizational skills
• 2years Client Service experience


 
 
This challenging role will involve a wide range of tasks, enabling the right candidate to learn valuable skills across client service enabling you to make a real difference in the company. This position is available for an immediate start. Gym membership after 3 months and the opportunity to sit their award winning Forex course.
