WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE POSITION :

The Tech Support Administrator is a key contributor to the our customer satisfaction and retention levels. The Tech Support Administrator will be the customers first point of call for any issues they have so strong communication and problem solving skills are essential along with exceptional approach to customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an exciting company at a very exciting time. We encourage forward thinking and using one’s own initiative to resolve any problems and provide the best possible service to their customer.
  • Ensuring business is retained with existing clients.
  • Managing subscription payments (i.e. expiry of credit cards and subscription cannot be taken, client cancels retain that business).
  • Supporting clients with set up process, basic technical support and how to use questions.You will be supporting clients via email, telephone and face to face.Assist providing technical support for all clients on their platforms

A. Determining software and hardware requirements of each of these programs to provide solutions
B. Respond to inquiries about software and hardware problems
C. Create user guides for delegates whenever there are changes or upgrades to software

Assist replying to all inquiries in the company's Client Services inbox.Assist in technical support for events / courses. This includes technical support to both the Trader Coach and the delegates requiring assistance during the course. Assisting clients with the pre-course set up, especially installing the software on their computers.Provide training on trading software and broker platform to new staff membersAchieve monthly targets set out by the company's ManagerAdhoc duties as requested by the Manager.

  • Some financial services/forex/trading experience or interest
