Our client is an Australian company with multinational focus. They are a leading independent foreign exchange education provider and FX advisor who aspire to be transparent, accountable, objective and ethical. The company aims at assisting investors in managing their FX portfolios. Due to significant growth, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced telemarketing/Customer Service person to join their Melbourne office. 
 

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE POSITION
  
This excellent opportunity will see the successful candidate making warm calls to incoming leads through the website and simply asking them if they'd like to attend a free seminar. The responsibilities would involve the achievement of team budget whilst regularly hitting the KPIs.
 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
  
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a phone based customer service/Telemarketing role.  This role involves purely phone based client interaction. We are looking for highly energetic people with a desire to earn excellent money. This is a rare opportunity to enter into fast paced fun working environment in the stock market.
