A very exciting sales opportunity has come up with the worlds leading provider of Business intelligence and data to the construction industry via an intelligent Saas platform. They lead the field in this space selling to the largest construction companies along with architects and desgners, project managers and builders. We don't need people coming from this space necesarily - we need a strong understanding of sales - what it takes to be successful. The rest can be learned in a week.
People from software or services sales backgrounds can work very well in this role. If you have sold a subscription based profuct or service then we'd like to hear from you.WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE POSITION :
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR :
- Hunting out and prospecting new leads. You are proactive and love the satisfaction of winning deals that you have created.
- Attending exhibitions and conferences in the space.
- Using tools such as linkedin, Google and other online tools to source leads.
- Being smart and using your current contacts for referrals.
- 2+ years in sales over the phone and face to face if necessary
- Fast moving, can do attitude
- Somone looking to make big commissions
- Understands basic KPI's - Calls/meetings ratio. Weekly/monthly quarterly targets
- You know how to follow up clients.
Excellent base salary and earn double it with commissions.
