Included in this are the fact that a senior manager will be assigned at each placement to overlook the process and the shortlists being sent to our clients. We believe in getting the placement right from the start - as dealing with replacement 3 months down the line is the last thing we want to do. We are proud of the fact that our success to replacement ratio is extremely low.
RedDot consultants are not KPI driven. This is significant for a number of reasons, most importantly allowing our consultants to perform a more tailored and strategic approach with our clients as opposed to hitting their internal targets. This will result in our clients not being sold candidates to interview so that the consultant can meet their internal KPI’s. We truly believe in not wasting our time or our clients time by working in this way. This is a core difference between how RedDot conduct business internally and how other recruitment firms do.

We work on your terms rather than ours. We like to establish a prerequisite with our clients so that they are aware of how we will engage as opposed to bombarding our clients with sales pitches and resumes etc.
