Currently they are looking for a direct client executive who has strong new business sales skills.
WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE POSITION
This role involves managing an existing set of high profile enterprise clients with the emphasis on winning new business. The company has cut down from 250 - 25 partners over the last few years in a strategic move to more effectively manage their sales. The Client Executive is expected to achieve sales, coverage and customer satisfaction objectives of assigned large enterprise accounts. Candidates who have worked with major companies in the application space such as Sun, HP, Oracle or Tier 1 integrators are highly desirable for this role.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of five years of Business Development/Account Management/Relationship Management experience with direct clients. A demonstrated track record in creating, positioning and closing Service solutions. Demonstrated leadership in managing both Customer and the clients resources (at all levels) during adverse situations problem escalations, engagement challenges effectively balancing customer satisfaction and business objectives throughout. This role will suit someone coming from some form of complex software solutions background preferably related somehow to IT infrastructure/Data centre sales. Vendor background preferable but not essential.
